- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup whole grainpastryflour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup milk (I use 1% low fat milk)
- 1/3 cup any vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 400° F.Grease a 12-cup muffin pan or insert paper liners.
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.Set aside.
